Customer Service Representative

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Do you want to be ambassador for a globally recognized high quality brand?

Global shoe- and accessories brand Ecco is establishing a new customer service center in Warsaw to assist its European online customers. Ecco has high ambitions for future growth within e-commerce, and we need your help. We are looking to recruit experienced customer service representatives with great communication skills, who have a positive mindset and are/ will be passionate about Ecco’s products.

You will represent ECCO to the outside world, and must build the company’s image together with your team, by providing unique customer experiences.

Duties include:

· Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding Ecco products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipment

· Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products

· Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices

Skills and Experience:

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team

· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

· Strong customer driven focus

· Experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) is an advantage

Language requirements:

· English, at least fluent is required

· Native or at least fluent in Finnish
