Customer Service Specialist with Finnish

The Customer Services Advisor answers all customer requests promptly and professionally, ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met. The chosen person acts as a liaison between the customer, the sales department, and the internal organization (including Supply Chain, Product Management and Finance).

Our Client is an international leader in Retail industry.

Description

· Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding company's products

· Customer orders management- integration of customer orders and track execution with internal and external partners

· Warranty and Quality claims tracking and resolution

· Create and maintain customer master data in ERP

· Follow departmental and business processes and procedures

· Maintaining product knowledge by attending training courses and reading marketing information notes on new product launches

· Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs

Profile

· Fluent Polish and Finnish plus very good English language skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (Microsoft AX or Dynamics CRM) is an advantage

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and meet deadlines

· Strong organisational skills

· Attention to detail

· Openness, Can Do Attitude
